Office based on the outskirts of the North of York

Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable on experience

Holiday: 25 days/year

Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30

An exciting opportunity for a professional marketing and sales development coordinator to join a market-leading asset finance company specialising in the agricultural land-based sectors.

In this role, you will work within our sales team to drive business growth—combining proactive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and account management to build long-lasting customer and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Execute outbound cold-calling campaigns, identify new contacts, and generate qualified leads.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business.
Deal Execution: Process finance deals accurately and support customers through the complete transaction pipeline.
Sales Support: Assist the wider sales team with query resolution, pipeline tracking, and maintaining detailed transaction records.
Strategy: Plan and execute your personal outreach strategy to meet key business targets.

Key Requirements

Communication & Rapport: Strong telephone manner with an innate ability to build early rapport and long-term professional relationships.
IT-Literate: Highly proficient with IT tools and database management.
Organisation: Detail-oriented, highly disciplined, and capable of managing competing priorities simultaneously.
Mindset: Proactive, assertive, and approachable, with a positive can-do attitude and a team-first approach.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
