Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at Impossible York . Located in the heart of York, this role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the high standards of our historic establishment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead and motivate staff to uphold excellent guest experiences.
Manage guest relations and resolve any issues promptly.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee staff training and development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
Promote a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or hotel management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills, including multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Experience in guest services and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to hospitality.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
