What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice behind our brand, helping customers across phone, email, and our ticketing system. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in making sure our customers receive outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, and our ticketing system.
Helping customers with spare part requests, returns, warranties, claims, and general queries.
Liaising with courier companies to resolve delivery issues and keep customers informed.
Managing enquiries across multiple online marketplaces while maintaining Monster Group's friendly tone of voice and high customer service standards.
Finding practical, creative solutions that go above and beyond customer expectations.
Working closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Helping us improve by contributing to our customer feedback and service standards.

Skills We Love:

Excellent written and spoken English.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions.
Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to learn and develop.
Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office.
Technical knowledge is a bonus but not required—we'll help you learn.
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential).

Working hours, location & salary:

We currently have three full-time Customer Service Advisor opportunities available – two 12-month fixed-term contracts and one permanent position, giving you plenty of opportunity to join and grow with our Customer Service team.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, starting between 8.00am and 9.30am and finishing between 4.00pm and 5.30pm, with a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break.

You’ll be based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG) five days a week, so having your own transport is essential.

The starting salary is from £24,875, with regular salary reviews and clear opportunities to develop as you grow within the business. Through our Monster Progression Plan (MPP), you’ll have the opportunity to progress your salary up to £29,630 as you develop your skills, knowledge and experience within the role.
