Coffee Shop Manager / Leasehold Opportunity

East Yorkshire | Established Business | Salary Negotiable + Performance Bonus or Leasehold Option

An exciting opportunity has arisen to take the lead in a thriving, high-volume coffee shop in East Yorkshire.

We are seeking either an experienced Coffee Shop Manager looking for their next challenge, or an ambitious hospitality professional interested in a leasehold opportunity to operate their own established business.

This is a successful and well-established coffee shop with a loyal customer base, strong reputation, experienced staff, and a fully equipped operation ready for the right person to take it forward.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operation of the coffee shop
Leading and motivating an established team
Delivering exceptional customer service
Managing staffing, stock control, and ordering
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Driving sales, promotions, and local marketing activity
Monitoring costs and maximising profitability
Creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers and staff alike

About You

Previous management experience within hospitality, cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, or similar venues
A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team
Commercially minded with strong organisational skills
Passionate about customer service and business growth
Motivated, energetic, and capable of thriving in a busy environment
Entrepreneurial mindset desirable for those considering the position
