Associate Adviser

Location: York, office based Job type: Full time, employed Salary: £28,000 to £33,000 OTE

At iTrust121, our focus is on developing people from within. As the team expands, there will be significant opportunities for internal promotion as you learn, improve and take on more responsibility.

You do not need previous experience in financial or legal services. We are looking for people with the right attitude, great communication skills, ambition and potential. Full training, coaching and support will be provided.

A role built around progression

You will begin as an Associate Adviser, working alongside experienced advisers and Senior Partners.

You will learn how to build Client relationships, understand client needs and deliver a high standard of service. As your skills and confidence develop, you will gradually take on more responsibility, manage your own clients and support newer members of the team.

The long-term progression path is:

Associate Adviser → Adviser → Senior Adviser → Partner → Senior Partner

Senior Partners currently earn £100,000 OTE, demonstrating the significant earning and career potential available to people who perform and progress within the business.

As the team grows, we expect future leaders to come from within it. Your progression will be based on your development, performance and ability to take on responsibility.

We are looking for people who:

Communicate confidently and professionally.
Enjoy meeting and helping people.
Have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, recruitment or a similar role.
Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
Want to build a genuine long-term career.

What we offer

£24,000 basic salary.
£28,000 to £33,000 OTE.
