Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar person to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and in good working order.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Monitor customer behavior and ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
Participate in promotional events and activities to boost customer engagement.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
Possibility to assist in the kitchen and to serve food on days the kitchen is open.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members alike.
A good understanding of drink knowledge of various beverages is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
Flexibility to mostly work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
Will be required to work 10-20 hours.
