Full job description

The Account Manager will function as the primary liaison between Omni HR Email Testing and our valued clients. This role requires providing an exceptional level of service, maintaining strong relationships, addressing client inquiries promptly, and efficiently managing accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Establish robust, trusting partnerships with clients, understanding their business objectives and proposing suitable email testing strategies to enhance business performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define specific client needs and requirements, ensuring that the service offerings align with the client's needs.
- Create and present detailed customer reports to provide a clear understanding of Omni HR's service impact on the client's business.
- Manage multiple client accounts; prioritize and execute tasks to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain all correspondence and data related to clients, including financial data and forecasts, keeping information organized, and easily accessible.
- Address potential issues and provide reasonable solutions before they become critical problems.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in Account Management, ideally in a HR tech or email testing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and show adaptability to different environments.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Superb problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
