About us:

Engineering excellence for over 45 years in metal fabrication, Gemmak Engineering is an established UK based company and manufacturer. From an initial concept we support clients to develop their product from design to fabrication and certification

The role:

Office Manager

40 hours per week
Permanent
Competitive pay
Llansamlet Depot

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
Answer customer enquiries and process orders
Raise purchase orders and deal with suppliers
Maintain accurate records and complete general office administration
Assist with timesheet processing, annual leave approval and booking training
Support the senior management team with day-to-day tasks

About you:

Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Senior Administrator role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or construction environment would be advantageous but isn't essential
