Full job description

New Business Development Executive Office/Hybrid

We create award-winning bespoke packaging for brands that want their packaging to work harder. From beauty and spirits to luxury gifting and retail, we make packaging that elevates brands — and we're growing.

This is a new business role for someone who genuinely enjoys winning new customers.

You'll be building pipeline through proactive prospecting, opening conversations with new brands and converting opportunities into long-term accounts. You'll have the backing of a strong creative proposition and a talented design team — but the drive to find and develop new business needs to come from you.

What you'll be doing

Proactively targeting brands across beauty, gifting, spirits, luxury food and retail. Getting in front of brand managers, marketing teams and procurement contacts. Working with our design team to develop packaging concepts and proposals. Managing your pipeline from first conversation to order — and doing it consistently.

What success looks like

£400k–£500k of active opportunities in your pipeline at any given time. £200k–£300k of new revenue in year one. £500k+ in year two.

What you'll need

Two to five years of B2B sales or new business development experience, ideally in packaging, print or FMCG — though the right attitude matters more than the sector. You should be confident with outreach, disciplined with follow-up and comfortable managing project-based sales cycles.

Who you are

Competitive, curious and commercially sharp. You enjoy opening doors as much as developing relationships, and you're motivated by turning a prospect into a long-term customer.
