Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various sectors. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, utilising multiple recruitment tools and platforms to facilitate efficient hiring processes. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources information systems (HRIS). This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and talent acquisition to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Lead generation through various channels including social media management and networking events to attract potential candidates
Utilise ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities
Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements
Manage relationships with clients and candidates, providing professional advice and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and industries
Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organisational policies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop customised recruitment plans
Stay updated on industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices in human resources and recruitment technology

Requirements

A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and recruitment methodologies
Human resources or related qualification is advantageous but not essential
Good skills with computers are helpful.
