Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the St. Helens Supported Housing team.

This position involves providing floating support to cover the St. Helens area, including Burtonhead Court WA9 5DD, Cherry Tree Place WA9 2NJ, Peel Street WA12 9DN and Prescot Road WA10 3HS.

Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: Bank

Responsibilities

Look no further than working with us here at Making Space! As a Support Worker in Supported Living you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.

From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. That's why we're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.

We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Qualifications

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
