Overview

Endeavour Consultancy is building a network of independent ESG consultants to support project delivery on a flexible, project-by-project basis.

This is not a full-time or guaranteed role.

Consultants join a pool and are engaged where relevant based on project requirements, expertise and availability. There is no expectation of ongoing work or guaranteed engagement.

This role is best suited to individuals seeking flexible ESG project work, with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful sustainability initiatives across a range of organisations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct ESG-related analysis to identify risks, gaps and opportunities within client organisations
Support development of practical ESG strategies aligned with regulatory and client requirements
Assist with CSRD / ESRS readiness, governance structures and reporting frameworks
Analyse environmental, social and governance data and translate into clear insights
Prepare client-ready reports, summaries and presentations
Support implementation of ESG initiatives, policies and processes
Contribute to stakeholder engagement and internal capability building
Stay up to date with evolving ESG regulation and market expectations

Engagement Model (Read This Carefully)

Work is offered on a project-by-project basis only
You will be part of a contractor pool, not a fixed role
The Company retains full discretion over:
whether to engage you
which projects to assign
timing and scope of work
There is no guarantee of work, hours, or income
You are free to accept or decline any project

If you are looking for stable or guaranteed income, this role is not suitable.

Business Development

You may introduce potential clients to Endeavour Consultancy.

If your introduction results in a signed and paid project, you will receive:
10% of the project value (one-time payment)

Conditions:

The lead must be new to the Company
You must be the introducing party
Commission is paid only once the client has paid

There is no obligation to generate leads, but strong commercial awareness is highly valued.

Pay: Up to £60.00 per hour
