About the role

The Regulatory Affairs team builds transparent relationships with regulators to keep Revolut moving forward with confidence. They stay ahead of regulatory change, provide timely responses to enquiries, and work across the business to ensure compliance is always in step with innovation.

We're looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure that our communication with external regulators is transparent, compliant, and efficient. You'll focus on different regulatory fields and coordinate regulatory engagements across expansions countries.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring local teams in expansion markets are fully prepared from a regulatory afairs standpoint before launching operations
Acting as the central point of contact between the Group and local teams, ensuring a two-way flow of information
Keeping local teams informed of group developments to share with regulators, while keeping group regulators updated on expansion progress
Supporting local teams through the licensing process by reviewing communications, regulatory business plans, and RFIs, in addition to preparing for and attending key regulatory meetings
Ensuring local team members are formally appointed and trained to lead regulatory engagements in their respective territories
Monitoring the performance and adherence of local teams to regulatory affairs processes, SLAs, and KPIs
Preparing high-quality management information and internal reports for senior management to provide oversight of expansion progress
Defining and improving global processes to enhance coordination and oversight across expansion jurisdictions

What you'll need

3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk management within a financial institution, fintech, consultancy, or regulatory body
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing processes for financial services
An exceptional ability to distil complex technical or legal requirements into simple narratives for both internal teams and regulators
A degree in law, public policy, business administration, or finance
Fluency in English
