Our team prides itself on expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative to join our team. Based at our location in Welham Green, Near Hatfield, Herts, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive outstanding service. Your contributions will support our mission to provide top-tier automotive solutions and enhance customer experiences.

Please note that this is a 'hands on' position seeing trailers in/out from hire and service and fitting roof racks/cycle carriers and the manual handling of trailers and parts for sale , some of which are heavy will be required.

Experience of the motor trade beneficial.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide detailed product information and technical support for trailers, tow bars, and related accessories.
Assist customers with sales processes and after-sales service.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional products based on customer needs.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect our commitment to excellent service and professionalism.
Assisting with handover and collection of service and hire trailers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support or sales within the automotive or related industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Knowledge of automotive accessories such as trailers, roof racks, is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
