Our Spa Assistants generally have a customer service background and good sense of humour.
As a Spa Assistant you will ensure that all our guests have a fantastic experience within the spa and are welcomed and looked after during their stay. A typical day for you would include serving drinks from our outside bar, while enjoying the breath taking views, talking to customer and helping them to find their way around the spa as well as keeping cleanliness of the spa to the highest standards.
We are offering a full time opportunity (possible part time for the right candidate). The working patterns are 10 hour shifts, 6AM -4:30PM or 10:30-9PM.

Responsibilities for Spa Assistant
- Understand and promote all the internal and external facilities/services/products within the Spa.
- You will be meeting and greeting guests to ensure they receive a warm welcome, when entering the Spa, so you must be personable, presentable and professional.
- You will manage our Spa guest's journey, showing them how to get the best from our superb experiences and ensuring that all their needs are met during their special day with us.
- Throughout the day you will be looking after our Thermal areas, ensuring that they look welcoming and pristine for all our guest's to enjoy.
- Complete and record daily tasks as defined within the departmental processes.
Requirements for Spa Assistant
- We want you to be chatty, personable and professional.
- Friendly, courteous and helpful, with excellent communication skills.
- Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
- Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards.
- A great team player.
