Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Level 3 Business Administration Tutor to join our delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality tuition to learners, helping them develop essential skills in business administration and related areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and professional development, with a focus on fostering learner success through engaging and effective teaching methods.

Duties

Design and adapt lesson content that contextualises learning to real business and office environments, drawing on current administrative practice, relevant legislation, and sector best practice.
Use a range of coaching and teaching strategies to stretch and challenge learners, moving beyond knowledge delivery to develop applied competence.
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement in every interaction.

Teaching & Learning

Deliver engaging, learner-focused teaching sessions for Level 3 Business Administrator apprentices, delivered remotely via MS Teams, with occasional workplace visits where required.
Design and adapt lesson content that contextualises learning to real business and office environments, drawing on current administrative practice, relevant legislation, and sector best practice.
Use a range of coaching and teaching strategies to stretch and challenge learners, moving beyond knowledge delivery to develop applied competence.
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement in every interaction.

Essential Requirements

Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes, particularly within a training provider or further education environment.
Familiarity with ESFA funding rules, Ofsted inspection frameworks, and EPA preparation processes.
Experience using Aptem or a similar learner management system.
CMI, CIPD, or other relevant professional body membership.
Experience supporting administrative or business functions across more than one sector.
IQA or TAQA qualification.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 20hrs per week (pay is pro-rata)
