Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the premises, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service to develop their skills within a dynamic setting.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and entrances
Ensure the smooth flow of guests and visitors throughout the premises
Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services
Support other departments as needed, including delivering messages or items across the property
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest service at all times
covering reception desk
setting up breakfast buffet

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous
Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures is beneficial

This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a positive guest experience while developing their career within the hospitality industry.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
