Overview

Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Assistant and Key Holder, where your enthusiasm and leadership will shine! In this vibrant role, you’ll be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily operations and helping to drive sales. As a key holder, you’ll also take on additional responsibilities to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties

Greet customers warmly, assist with product selections, and provide expert advice to enhance their shopping experience
Engage in upselling techniques to promote new products and increase sales opportunities
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising strategies
Manage store opening and closing procedures, including securing the premises as a designated key holder
Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring positive interactions
Support inventory management by organizing stock, conducting stock counts, and replenishing shelves
Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods

Skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities, including fluency in English and Spanish or other languages, to serve diverse customers effectively
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members clearly and confidently
Strong organizational skills to manage merchandise displays, stock levels, and store operations seamlessly
Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts
Effective time management to balance customer service with operational duties during shifts
Phone etiquette expertise for professional customer interactions over the phone
Knowledge of merchandising principles and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential
