We hand you warm inbound leads. You call them fast, run the demo, close, and follow up properly. No cold-calling, no buying your own leads, no funnel-building. Just selling to people who already raised their hand.
About us
Time To Scale builds websites and marketing systems for UK trades — plumbers, roof cleaners, electricians and similar. We're growing fast and need our first dedicated salesperson to take over inbound demo calls and warm follow-up, so our founder can stop living on Zoom and get back to scaling the business.
The role
You'll be the first dedicated sales hire, speaking to trade business owners who have already enquired through our ads and website. Day-to-day you will:
- Call new inbound leads quickly and book them into demos
- Run 1:1 Zoom and phone demos (no group webinars)
- Follow a clear structure to understand their business and walk them through our plans
- Handle the usual questions around price, results and timing
- Follow up "thinking about it" leads and no-shows by phone, SMS and WhatsApp
- Keep the CRM updated so every lead is tracked and nothing slips
- Earn extra bonuses for upgrading clients to higher plans and 90-day upfront options
What this role is NOT
- No buying your own leads
- No cold-calling off a phone book
- No building funnels or delivery work — this is pure sales
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in phone or Zoom-based sales (inbound or outbound)
- Comfortable talking to small business owners and trades
- A genuine closer — you can ask for the sale and handle objections without flinching
- Organised — you live in the CRM and follow up properly, not "I'll remember"
- Straight-talking and honest
Marketing, agency or SaaS experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Pay & progression
Base salary: £2,000/month (£24,000/year)
Commission (from day one): £75 for every new client you close, paid when their first payment clears.
Bonuses for better deals — on top of the £75 per client there is a £25-£50 bonus for better deal sign ups.
On-target earnings (realistic):
- At 30 new clients/month (mix of plans): around £4,000–£5,000/month (£48,000–£60,000/year)
- Commission and bonuses are uncapped — top performers earn more.

Hours
Monday to Friday, typically 9am–5pm, with some flexibility around when calls are booked.
