Getting children safely to school

Stress from people thinking they know better than you at logistics.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Can only speak for school I'm at   but I have concerns regarding safety in vehicles with carrying young people

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Only do 4 hours a day driving not involved with any other issues in the school.

A lovely place to work with good support.  Its a lively office, where self motivation and governance is encouraged.  I haven't felt micromanaged but can get help and support if needed.


I enjoy the workplace culture and feel valued.
Excellent conditions and great colleagues. It is very rewarding working with and on behalf of children and school staff. 

Its a nice place to work. Management is good, flexible and care for people. 

People learn at huge deal in their jobs, very friendly and supportive team

Alpha Schools is a great place to work with friendly team members and a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. I enjoy learning and expanding my knowledge on a daily basis. 

I could not recommend working for Alpha as the pay is probably lower than average but hours are long. Management does not respect its employees.
