What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very calm and stress free place to work in.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I really love all about the Wood Bluebell nursery. The is not a single thing I would said bad  about it.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
As nursery it's all about children. Activities ,safeguarding and fun.

The days are hectic,  very long and busy with little support from management. Staff don't tend to stay for long which creates a very unsettled environment. Agency staff are used very regularly so there is no consistency. 
Regular staff training and meetings, almost every 2 weeks sometimes weekly. 


I have worked at Bluebell Barn now for 6 years. I Couldn’t recommend Bluebell enough as a great company to work for.
All the staff at Bluebell are friendly and welcoming and we really pride ourselves on our family feel at Bluebell.
The staff are all a pleasure Bluebell have supported me in my career progression and always given me the opportunities for promotion.


I have worked for Bluebell for over a year and love it. I can not fault the company at all.  The staff are positive and work together to help each-other which really adds to the family feel of the nursery. The management team are approachable and promote a happy environment. 

Under appreciated, under paid, massive expectation to work over contractual hours without pay or time back. Long days, unfair treatment across settings. Started off as a lovely place to work but unfortunately ended up being horrible.

I have worked here for the past year and love it. I have made some great friends working here. The employee benefits package is amazing with free gym membership & annual spa day! 


Bluebell is one of the best nurseries I've worked in. The pay isn't very good, but I don't know any nurseries that pay well. Most people are friendly and approachable.

The most stressful, crazy place I’ve worked. Staff one up each other on getting eachother in trouble. Management aren’t approachable. No flexibility.
