I am a recent graduate of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. My studies and internship were directed towards Electric Power Systems, Renewable Energy Sources and Saving. I am also experienced in several interdisciplinary European programmes, where I have shown great adaptability in many cases. Currently, I am training international volunteers based in Northern Ireland.
I am willing to challenge myself in a new industry environment, get involved and work on real business projects and learn through this process. My strong technical background in combination with my communication skills, I have developed will make me a useful addition and I will offer many positive qualities in any role.

You are always greeted with a smile by the receptionist, due to the different departments within the group it is a very busy building.

The best thing about Bryson is the hard working and friendly staff, always do their utmost to help people, this is part of the reason they are one of the largest Social Enterprises in the UK.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the fact you know that you're helping people and that is the most important part.

Would definitely recommend Bryson as a career path, it has a wide range of variety due to the 8 within the Group.

Management is good and office staff are kind. Unfortunately understaffed always so alway have extra work thrown on you at last minute which can be annoying. Pay is fine average for this type of work. Coworkers are generally nice.Always additional hours. Unfortunately if you don’t want additional hours you will be pestered by office staff and management on days off asking you to do more.

The worst place you could ever possibly work. Apart from the guy in HR the rest of the HR team don't have a clue, are rude and don't bother.

Salaries never paid right or on time and Finance won't bother to let people know unless the employees complain.

Would never recommend this place to anyone, especially now the old CEO has left.

One of the worst places to work. Office staff pestering you everyday to work. Constant emails and texts and phone calls. The management are incompetent. Office staff would never dream of actually completing a care run to help the staff. Overloaded with extra calls to the point where it isn't safe 

Love my job and the people I work with.  The management are supportive and the HR team have been great.  Each day in my job is different but really rewarding.  Bryson do fantastic work for people in the community.

Time at Bryson House was a challenge and enjoyable knowing a valuable service was being provided to those in need but eventually their set objectives became unachievable. I believe they lost their charitable outlook and were more business driven.

Bryson isn't a bad company to work for, just poorly orchestrated.

Don't see why drivers are made to get out.

If every driver had 2 loaders, they wouldnt have such a high turnover.

Only incentive is task and finish, and even at that, some days you don't get finished early. 

there is both pros and cons of working with bryson. Weekend on weekend off is good calls arent cramed your rota'd from 7-2 for am shifts or 4-11 pm shifts however with the level of sickness you are likely to recieve extra calls if you have gaps in your rota. Managers could be better.
