I have found Heal Care to be a supportive and genuinely person centred organisation. There is a clear commitment to providing safe, compassionate care, and this is reflected in both day to day practice and the way staff are supported in their roles.

The team demonstrate a willingness to listen, reflect, and improve, and there is an open culture where feedback is welcomed and acted upon. I have observed thoughtful leadership, a focus on learning rather than blame, and a real desire to do the right thing for the people they support.

Heal Care continues to show steady progress, with systems developing in a considered and proportionate way. The organisation’s values are evident in practice, and I am confident that this supportive approach provides a strong foundation for continued improvement and positive outcomes for both staff and children.

Heal care group is an excellent place to work , the management team are very approachable and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable the minute I started my role at Heal. The home is beautifully decorated and isn't your typical institutionalised residential care home.  The instant feel I got from the home the minute I walked it was  warm , cosy & very clean.  The team at heal are all very welcoming and enthusiastic and all generally care about children and their wellbeing. 

I have found Heal to be an exceptional place to work, a company that promotes well-being of the staff. They have the right ethos and agenda and are focus on person centred care and making things better. They have demonstrated the ability to look at what has worked well and what hasn't worked well within the sector and improve on it! 
The management have been extremely supportive and again have demonstrated the ability to be accountable.

Company talks a big game on its publications although it failed to employ enough staff to cover sickness and holidays. Overtime seemed to just appear on the rota. Management hostility if they were forced to cover shifts, due to lack of staff and existing staff being burnt out. 

Managers have their clear favourites and crucify others for the same things their friends do. They also like to extend your probation a lot to keep you on the limb and then fire you if they lose a child.
