I have been with the company for almost two years at present, and can confidently say it is the best role I have ever held in almost 14 years of being in employment. 

I started during lockdown and still received great training and support from management and other team members. The business are continually working on ways to improve our training and looking into new OSINT tools to assist us with our daily work.

There is a great social aspect to working at NetWatch should people be interested in getting involved, which I particularly enjoy as everyone at the company is so friendly.

The job perks outweigh any that I have been offered in previous employment, such as flexible working, an uncapped bonus scheme, and the opportunity to further my learning and progress within the business. NetWatch also offer a paid internship to University students every year, many of whom go on to join the company following the completion of their degree.

I would highly recommend the business to anyone interested in the OSINT world.

Positive environment for the most part.  Most colleagues are approachable/friendly. The training was detailed and helpful. The flexi-time can be helpful with work/life balance. Learnt a lot about processes with insurance claims/investigations etc. 


WFH is advertised as subject to review in 6 months (uncertain). 4 months in and still in the office without a legitimate reason is perplexing as the role responsibilities are basic. Allegedly, the software is too ‘slow’ to be able to WFH. This should be clear, and employees shouldn’t be misled into believing that they will if they won’t. Perhaps advertise with ‘case by case basis’ instead. 

The pace is extremely slow in terms of learning/development. The role is limited as there is no cross-training. Rigid approach and not alluding to potentially learning all the admin processes at some point.

Sometimes, the environment was a little too relaxed. The manager was sort of detached. Perhaps preferring some more than others.  Some colleagues proved to be difficult to work with. The office gets extremely cold, especially in the winter. Salary is below average. 

NetWatch is a great company to work for whether you are starting out in any OSINT role or have more experience. All staff members are extremely approachable and friendly and although the work is target based there is always someone who will offer support to help you achieve those targets. The company offers a wide range of benefits such as flexi hours,
Working from home, uncapped bonus and progression. There are often social events to make sure every staff member feels included and is able to ‘let their hair down’ 

This was generally a great place to work, with a great company culture and supportive management. The training process was clear and supportive where I learned a lot about OSINT and the industry that Netwatch Global exists in. 
I really enjoyed the role itself and it offered a great work-life balance. 
The only downside was the pay however I do believe this has increased since I left and the company did have lots of progression opportunities on the horizon. 

Worked here for 1-2 years. Staff retention poor; management clique (literally in the family) present, and legitimate issues are brushed under the carpet.

The work itself can be done by anyone with a basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram and Google. 'Intelligence analyst' is a glorified title at best.

It's openly known that there are no progression opportunities at this company (unless you become part of their family). Anyone with anything about them gets out of this company fast. 

Throughout my time at Netwatch the employees went above and beyond to ensure that i was well trained and felt comfortable completing my assigned work. The company adopts a relaxed social approach whilst also ensuring that work is completed via targets. As long as you get your work done each month there is a plethora of social events for you to get involved in. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I would definetely suggest working here to a friend.

A typical day at work consists of online investigations into individuals suspected of being involved in fraudulent claims and importation of counterfeit goods.

I learned a lot about insurance claims, investigation techniques and tools, importation of counterfeit goods as well as writing witness statements.

The management is driven and approachable.

My co-workers are helpful, understanding and friendly.

I worked here for 2 years and throughly enjoyed my role. No two days were the same as I ended up investigating a huge variety of cases for multiple clients. 

Staff are extremely friendly and sociable, with a bubbly atmosphere always present in the office!

The perks are great too with flexible working and uncapped bonuses to name just a couple.
