Full job description

Overall purpose of role and results expected:

To manage online campaigns, analyse performance, and ensure the company’s digital platforms effectively communicate and promote our products and brand by creating engaging marketing communications and helping to evolve our online presence.

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing Communications

v Support the delivery of creative marketing campaigns and product promotions.

v Write and produce engaging content for digital and print channels – including website, email, social media, and brochures.

v Assist with creating visual assets such as imagery, infographics, and video content.

v Help ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.

Digital Marketing

v Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, including email, SEO, and social media.

v Maintain and update the company website and online content.

v Monitor and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).

v Contribute creative ideas to grow online visibility and engagement.

Website Management & Development

v Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to maintain and continuously improve the company website with ongoing enhancements and user experience projects.

v Update and optimize site content, layouts, and product information.

v Assist in management of the in-house website using web development.

Key Competencies:

Essential

v Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media

v Creative mindset with strong written and visual communication skills.

v Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, Google Analytics, email platforms).

v Self-motivated and keen to learn new technologies and skills.

Desirable

v A working knowledge of — or a willingness to learn — core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL will be a distinct advantage.

v Experience working within a B2B or technical industry environment.

v Capture and edit photos and short videos for marketing use.

v Maintain and organising digital assets libraries.

Other Duties:

v Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal colleague’s, and work flexibly and positively as part of a small team within the wider workforce.

v To comply with the company’s equality and diversity policy and uphold company values within the team.

v To pro-actively contribute towards the continuous improvement of all customer facing and business processes

v To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job

v To comply with the company’s health and safety policy, contributing to any risk assessments of key activities.

Notes.

You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall needs of the business as it grows, changes and adapts. There may be a requirement to perform other roles when covering for holidays and sickness.

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
