Job Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll be the face of the bar, serving drinks with flair, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every visitor feels valued. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a fun, safe, and efficient environment that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with professionalism and flair
Take orders accurately and efficiently via POS systems while providing friendly customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking
Restock supplies regularly and manage inventory to ensure smooth service flow
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at shift end

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is highly preferred
Ability to serve drinks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
Basic math skills for handling payments and giving correct change
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Good communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
