Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, managing stock, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy, contributing to the overall success of our warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in energetic environments and are eager to develop their skills in warehouse management and logistics.

Duties

Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and movement within the warehouse
Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport goods across the facility
Prepare items for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately
Receive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities, and recording receipt details
Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized for easy access and inventory accuracy

Requirements

Works with a strong sense of urgency, prioritising tasks effectively and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail for picking, packing, and quality control tasks
FLT license
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
