Production Line Operative

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the No.1 manufacturing and logistic business in Tamworth, B78 3TT. We are an Award-winning company and the only UK manufacturer of Hot Tubs. We are recruiting due to increased volumes and expansion.We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude who want fantastic progression opportunities; this is a fast-paced environment, and you must be willing to learn and take on information quickly.Full training will be provided.There is a varied amount of work to suit successful candidates, as a production operative you will be required to assemble components, you will work with hand and power tools, work from instructions as well as completing quality checks. Therefore, a background in a manufacturing environment is essential.You must be available to start work as soon as possible.

Working from 07:00 until 16:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Interest in working in a production environment
Working in a busy production environment
Experience of working in a fluid environment where priorities can change, and flexibility is essential
Working to production schedules

Essential Skills:

Ability to work on own or as part of a team
Preserves safe and clean work environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift heavy packages
Trustworthy and dependable
