Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling campaigns, analyze market trends, and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our team, you will harness your expertise in social media management, product management, branding, and market research to connect with target audiences and strengthen our market position. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate globally.

Duties

The Marketing Manager will manage, plan and oversee the promotion of Telco Communications Pvt Ltd growth.

Liasing with partners to determine the range of services offered and shaping the firm’s commercial strategy;
Planning and directing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to attract new clients;
Conducting market research and analysing client response to services and fees;
Compiling and analysing revenue and campaign data and preparing proposals for marketing activity;
Reporting on marketing and business development performance to the partners;
Identifying and winning new business, planning specifications and preparing details of requirements for client engagements;
Negotiating and managing commercial contracts with clients an suppliers; managing the marketing budget;
Building relationships with clients, referral partners and professional networks

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement techniques
Expertise in product management processes from concept development to launch execution
Strong branding skills with the ability to craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences
Deep knowledge of marketing principles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies
Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data from various sources such as Google Analytics or social media insights
Proficiency in conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats within competitive landscapes
Effective public relations skills for managing media relationships and crafting impactful messaging
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for designing high-quality marketing materials
