About Us:

Purpose of the Job:

As a Night Customer Services Advisor , you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer service experience by managing inbound phone calls, emails, and web enquiries. You will maintain accurate customer databases, provide administrative support, and ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and professionally. The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced night-shift environment while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities are detailed below, however KSD Support Services Ltd may require additional responsibilities to be absorbed within reason from time to time to meet business demands.

Deliver excellent and consistent customer service experience via all channels, including telephone, email, web, and face to face (internal colleagues).
Handle customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring every interaction resulted in a positive customer experience.
Take ownership of customer issues, investigated problems, and provided effective resolutions within agreed service levels.
Accurately record and update customer information and service requests within internal systems and databases.
Allocate work requests to our dedicated engineers and subcontractors.
Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of Company services, procedures, and systems to provide accurate information and support.
Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment, including mobile phones and tablets.
Complete a range of administrative and operational tasks, including monitoring vehicle tracking systems, processing documentation, uploading planned maintenance records, and carrying out coding and office-based administration.
Perform additional duties and support operational requirements as and when requested by management and clients, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Essential Requirements:

Be able to receive and action telephone, email, and web requests for service in accordance with the Helpdesk procedures.
Good interpersonal skills answering calls in a professional and personable manner; Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player.
Proficient in the use of IT platforms, Outlook, Word, Excel with the ability to pick up new systems swiftly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Excellent time management and organisational skills; Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace.
Able to work in a high volume, transaction driven environment.
Awareness of Health and Safety procedures and regulations.

Desirable Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a customer service organisation.

Working Hours/Days:

Working Nights
Shift times: 8pm – 6am or 6pm – 4am (Depending on rota)

The position is based in a fantastic office location and building in a Grade I listed Georgian manor house set in Stanmer Park, Brighton. Free on-site parking is available;
All candidates will be required to provide valid proof of Right to Work in the UK at interview stage.
