Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term success. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your communication and analysis skills within a fast-paced environment, supporting our organisation’s growth and client retention strategies. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that maximise value.
Monitor client accounts proactively, identifying opportunities for upselling or renewal.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues promptly.
Analyse client data using Salesforce and other tools to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop comprehensive account plans to support client retention and growth initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients within the financial services domain.

Skills

Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within financial services.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
