Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills within a vibrant setting, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Serve drinks efficiently and accurately to customers, adhering to legal and safety standards.
Take orders and communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly personality with strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
