This is a hybrid Business Development & Marketing support role. You'll be driving our cold lead generation, booking qualified discovery meetings for our leadership team, and lending a hands-on strategic touch to our marketing channels too.

What role will you perform?

Working directly with company leadership, you will:

Build, manage, and execute targeted cold outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate new business opportunities
Identify target accounts fitting our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and engage key decision-makers with personalised messaging
Qualify cold leads and book structured discovery meetings directly into leadership calendars
Support internal marketing efforts, assisting with organic LinkedIn posts, basic email marketing, and content updates as our new website comes to life
Manage and maintain our CRM to track prospect touchpoints, pipeline status, and response rates
Refine messaging and value propositions based on real-world feedback from prospects
Collaborate with the wider team to help transition booked meetings into long-term clients

Some experience, qualities and skills you will have:

At least 2 years of commercial experience in business development, sales, or outbound lead generation (B2B preferred)
Comfortable making cold contact via phone, customised LinkedIn outreach, and cold email campaigns
Strong written communication skills - able to write engaging, jargon-free outreach that gets replies
Self-motivated and driven by financial upside, with a genuine desire to back yourself on performance
Good organisational habits and CRM management discipline
A friendly, approachable, and consultative personality (no pushy sales scripts!)
High proficiency in English
Jargon-free communication skills and a genuine interest in the success of our clients

Some experience, qualities and skills which would help your application:

Experience using sales engagement platforms or modern BD tools (e.g. Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot etc...)
Experience selling consultancy, marketing, agency, or professional services
Qualifications in a Business, Marketing, or Communications related field (A Level or Degree equivalent)
Solid understanding of digital marketing and/or development services (web design, software development, content marketing, SEO/GEO, branding)
Good copywriting skills to support email marketing, SEO, social and advertising strategies
Fun hobbies outside of work
