About the role

Join Aspire from our Gateshead office and be at the forefront of IT and Cybersecurity solutions.

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and winning new enterprise customers across the UK. This is a strategic new business role focused exclusively on acquiring new logos within the larger mid-market and enterprise sectors, driving sustainable growth across Aspire's Managed Services, Cyber Security, Cloud, Networking, and Digital Infrastructure portfolios.

Working closely with Technical Advisory, Pre-Sales, Bid Management and Executive Leadership, the Enterprise Account Director will engage senior business and technology leaders to understand their strategic objectives, shape transformational programmes and position Aspire as a trusted long-term technology partner.

This is not a transactional sales role. Success requires consultative selling, executive relationship building and the ability to navigate complex buying environments with multiple stakeholders and sales cycles typically ranging from six to eighteen months.

What you will be doing

Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan focused on acquiring new enterprise customers.
Identify, qualify and pursue high-value opportunities within organisations typically employing 500+ users.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline capable of delivering long-term revenue growth, focusing on Monthly Reoccurring Revenue (MRR).
Develop C-suite and senior technology relationships across target accounts, build account intelligence, stakeholder maps and competitive positioning.
Lead complex sales engagements from initial prospecting through to contract signature, maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
Create executive engagement strategies that differentiate Aspire from traditional Managed Service Providers.

Demonstrable track record of achieving significant sales targets.
Experience engaging C-suite and executive stakeholders.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
Ability to influence multiple decision makers.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Salary

£50,000 – £60,000 basic (dependent on experience)

Location and Working Arrangements

You will be based at Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office, with travel as required.

We work from the office five days a week to foster a high-energy, winning culture. This is not a typical ‘desk job’ — you’ll be out in the field, attending events and meeting clients face-to-face, supported by offices and locations purpose-built to deliver an outstanding customer sales experience.

Hours of Work

Full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday
