Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team . This role involves hands-on work in gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture, contributing to the creation and upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in plant care, irrigation systems, and the use of various tools to maintain high standards of landscape presentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the horticultural industry, supporting both personal development and professional expertise.

Duties

Utilise hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment to carry out landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
Assist with planting, pruning, fertilising, and watering plants to promote healthy growth.
Operate gardening machinery and equipment with care and precision.
Conduct regular inspections of gardens and landscaped areas to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Support the installation of new garden features or landscape elements as required.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems is essential.
A genuine interest in plant care, gardening practices, and landscape design.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks.
Good organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality work standards.
Basic knowledge of growing techniques and horticultural principles is advantageous.
