Working alongside our esteemed front office team, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is infused with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Be the face of our hotel by providing personalised service to guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
Master all aspects of our hotel rooms and facilities, enabling you to confidently advise guests and external agents on rates and packages.
Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing your energy and expertise to our cohesive team.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Engage with guests and colleagues with clarity and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
