Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Brunch Chef to lead our morning culinary operations and craft exceptional brunch experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, visually appealing dishes that showcase your culinary expertise and creativity. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards
Supervise kitchen staff during service hours, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations
Manage food production processes, including ingredient prep, cooking, plating, and presentation
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in accordance with health regulations
Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure timely serving of dishes and excellent guest experience
Oversee inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through efficient food management
Lead by example in maintaining a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professionalism

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high-quality food production
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
