Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient bubble Tea Barista (variable hours) to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring the cleanliness of the work environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry while working in a lively and supportive setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks
Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
Serve customers efficiently with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately
Handle cash transactions and operate the till system with basic maths skills
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimise wait times
Assist with food preparation tasks when required, ensuring quality standards are met

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Good time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
