Full job description

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Salford
Salary: £32,136 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday | 2:30pm – 10:30pm (Initial 4-week training period: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm)

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team in Salford. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for driving performance, maintaining high standards and developing people, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career.

In this role, you'll oversee Goods In, Despatch, stock control and third-party repackaging activities, ensuring products move through the warehouse safely, accurately and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance.
Managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and service levels are achieved.
Overseeing stock control, inventory accuracy and cycle counting activities.
Coordinating third-party repackaging operations and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including Goods In and Despatch.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
A focus on accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience within a pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated environment.
Knowledge of GDP/GMP standards.
Forklift or MHE licences.
IOSH or Health & Safety qualifications.
