Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of our creative studio environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring a seamless workflow that supports our creative teams and enhances productivity. Your energetic leadership will foster a positive work atmosphere, streamline administrative processes, and maintain efficient studio operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a vibrant creative environment, driving excellence and innovation through exceptional management.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management efforts to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting support.
Handle clerical and office tasks such as correspondence, filing, inventory management, and supply ordering to keep the studio running smoothly.
Ensure effective communication across teams by managing phone etiquette, internal updates, and client interactions with professionalism.
Implement organizational systems that enhance workflow efficiency and support the studio’s creative goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising teams within an office or studio setting with strong leadership skills in team management.
Demonstrated expertise in office administration, clerical work, and general administrative responsibilities.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable financial management software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in human resources functions including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with staff and clients alike.
