About the Role 

You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales performance by sharing your product knowledge, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

You’ll be eager to develop your skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence. Through ongoing training and development programs, you’ll gain confidence and expertise to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maximise sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a vibrant retail environment, and has a passion for technology and customer experience. 

What you’ll be doing day to day

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience to build strong relationships
Introduce Network Airtime contracts, Sim Cards, E Sims and promote Mobile Phone Insurance and Warranty policies to customers
Using extensive product knowledge to offer solutions and advice, delighting customers
Promote and sell products, accessories, and repair services, contributing towards all store sales targets 
Work collaboratively with the wider store team to ensure smooth daily operations, ensuring the store remains clean, organised and welcoming

What We’re Looking For 

Friendly, confident, and engaging personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills  
A passion for customer service and retail sales and a positive, proactive, and attitude  
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience (mobile or consumer tech preferred)
An interest in technology, mobile phones, and accessories
Someone who enjoys keeping busy and working in fast-paced retail environments where no two days are the same
