Management Accountant
Full-time | Based at Burlescombe, Devon (EX16 7LL)
An Opportunity to Help Shape Our Next Stage of Growth
FW3 Group is an established and growing multi-channel distributor, brand owner, supplier and retailer, and we have ambitious growth plans for the next five years.
We are looking for a professional, positive and motivated Management Accountant to join our team and play an important role in helping us deliver those plans.
This is much more than a traditional accounts role. With four group companies, multiple sales channels and a diverse range of products, the position is broad, varied and hands-on. The successful candidate will work closely with the Leadership Team and Finance Manager, providing financial insight and support while helping to develop the systems, processes and controls needed to support the next phase of the company's growth.
As FW3 Group continues to expand, there will be genuine opportunities for the successful candidate to develop their role, increase remuneration, take on additional responsibility and progress their career with the business.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and enjoys being part of a growing business — someone who doesn't simply want to report on what has happened, but wants to help us make the next five years happen.
About the FW3 Group:
FW3 Group is a multi-channel distributor, brand builder, supplier and retailer, operating across a diverse range of product markets, including:
- Garden Furniture

The Opportunity
The Management Accountant will have exposure to many areas of the business and will work closely with the leadership team. As well as managing core accounting responsibilities, you will help us improve the way we operate, introduce processes and systems to support growth, and provide the financial information needed to make good commercial decisions.
This would suit someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being involved in the wider business, rather than someone looking for a narrowly defined accounting position.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and financial control as the business grows
The Individual
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey, not simply do a job.
You will be:
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career
- Commercially aware and interested in how a business operates
- Positive, professional and approachable
- A strong team player who is happy to get involved
- Organised, accurate and dependable
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Confident communicating with colleagues across different areas of the business
