Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant dining establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to contribute to the success of our restaurant while fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Duties

Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service.
Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food production and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth service.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the premises in accordance with safety standards.
Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and culinary experiences.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols.
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead a diverse staff effectively.
Familiarity with culinary practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations.
Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is advantageous.
Background in serving or barista roles is beneficial but not essential.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent organisational skills. This role requires a passionate professional committed to delivering outstanding dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of culinary knowledge, managerial expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills to thrive in our busy environment.

Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
