About us

We are a growing B2B language services provider, delivering professional interpreting solutions to organisations across healthcare, legal, corporate and public sectors.

Our business operates through a dedicated interpreter portal, connecting clients with qualified linguists efficiently and reliably.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Language Services Bookings Coordinator to manage bookings, liaise with clients, and ensure seamless service delivery.

The Role

This is a fast-paced coordination role at the heart of our operations. You will:

Manage and allocate interpreter bookings via our internal portal
Source suitable interpreters based on client requirements
Liaise with interpreters to confirm availability and assignment details
Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients
Resolve last-minute changes or urgent booking issues
Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
Maintain high service standards and response times

You will play a critical role in ensuring every assignment runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong organisational and time-management skills
✔ Experience in scheduling, logistics, coordination, or operations
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Confident working with systems/portals and managing data
✔ Ability to prioritise under pressure
✔ Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset

Desirable:

Experience in language services or recruitment coordination
B2B client-facing experience
