Full job description

N5 Security Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Head Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in B2B sales and lead generation who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for our security services through business development calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through business development calls, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Identify and approach potential clients across various industries requiring security services.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems and sales trackers.
Arrange meetings and appointments between prospective clients and senior management.
Prepare and send professional proposals, capability statements, and follow-up communications.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Support the marketing team with campaigns, promotional materials, and social media activity where required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Achieve agreed KPIs and contribute towards company growth targets.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using email outreach, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Head Office.
Available to start immediately.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
