A small but busy chiropractic clinic in honiton which also has other therapists working from within. We are a small friendly team who love to see a happy patient. We like to make people feel welcome immediately, so a friendly face is always helpful.

Job description

Honiton Chiropractic Clinic is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and flexible receptionist. The role consists of 15 hours in the Honiton Clinic on a Monday all day and a Tuesday morning, with flexibility and availability to cover holidays and sick leave throughout the rest of the week and possibly in the Axminster clinic when needed.

During work hours you are expected to be on time, and present throughout as you will be greeting patients in the waiting room, manning the phones and responding to patient emails. You will have to be competent with computers and be able to use a card machine and handle cash. The successful candidate will have to adhere to the recent GDPR law changes at all times as they will be handling confidential data daily. There will be a small amount of tidying of the clinic but we do have a cleaner.

Previous experience would be preferable but not necessary as well as any other skills you think you might bring to the role. An understanding of Chiropractic is not necessary and any training with specific software will be provided during a hand over period.

There will be 2 weeks training to be carried out before the start date of the 5th of October 2026. There is some flexibility with the start date for the right candidate.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
