Rusacks St Andrews is part of White Rabbit Hospitality, a group with a bold vision: to be the world's leading hospitality incubator. Overlooking the 18th hole of the Old Course in the home of golf, this is one of the most iconic settings in Scottish hospitality. As a Kitchen Porter here, you are stepping into a kitchen where your work is seen, valued and set up to grow into something bigger.

What Will You Be Doing?

Washing and cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and kitchen equipment to a consistently high standard
Keeping the kitchen, wash up area and storage spaces clean, tidy and compliant at all times
Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when needed
Receiving, checking and storing deliveries correctly, rotating stock and reporting shortages
Managing waste and recycling responsibly and keeping bin areas clean
Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures
Being a reliable, positive presence who helps service flow from prep through to close

What Do You Need?

A strong work ethic and the energy to keep pace during a busy service
A genuine sense of pride in cleanliness and order
A willingness to learn and a positive, team first attitude
Reliability and good timekeeping
The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential, we will train the right person
