We are looking for a Sous Chef who shares our passion for food, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a positive spirit to our growing team.

What you’ll do

Work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional, seasonal dishes that reflect our values and showcase the best of local produce.
Support and guide the kitchen team, leading by example and fostering a culture of respect, learning, and growth.
Take ownership of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Contribute your creativity to menu development, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the table.
Champion kitchen standards, including food safety, hygiene, and sustainability.
Play an active role in training, mentoring, and inspiring colleagues, helping the whole team to thrive together.
Maintain stock control, minimise waste, and work with drive and efficiency to ensure smooth, successful service.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Sous Chef (or ready to step up into the role) in a quality hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for seasonality and provenance.
A natural leader who believes in teamwork, communication, and creating a supportive environment.
A positive, can-do attitude with the drive to keep improving and learning.
Ability to remain calm, focused, and upbeat under pressure.
