About us

CliniLink is a CPD-accredited primary care education platform supporting over 11,000 verified UK healthcare professionals. We deliver national webinars, face-to-face Deep Dives and Masterclasses across the UK, and online learning through CliniLink Academy. We work with national pharmacy groups, NHS partners and the pharmaceutical industry to raise the standard of clinical education in primary care.

We're a small, fast-moving team. You'll have real ownership from day one and see the direct impact of your work.

The role

You'll be the operational backbone of our events programme and day-to-day business administration. It's a genuinely varied role — one day you're confirming a venue in Birmingham, the next you're reconciling delegate lists and issuing CPD certificates.

Events (approximately 60%)

Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of face-to-face events and national webinars
Source and liaise with venues, negotiate rates, manage catering and AV requirements
Manage delegate registration, joining instructions, reminders and attendance records
Act as the main point of contact for sponsors: stand allocation, materials, delegate lists and on-the-day requirements
Attend events in person to manage set-up, registration and running order (UK travel, typically 2–4 days per month)
Handle post-event administration: evaluation forms, CPD certificates, feedback reporting and speaker thank-yous

Administration (approximately 40%)

Manage the central inbox and company diary, triaging enquiries and scheduling meetings
Raise and track sponsor invoices, chase purchase orders and outstanding payments
Maintain accurate records across our email platform , learning platform and CRM
Keep the events calendar, website listings and internal trackers up to date
Support document control for our quality management system
Provide general administrative support to the CEO and COO

About you

Essential

At least 2 years' experience in events coordination, business administration, or a role combining both
Highly organised with genuine attention to detail — you spot the error in the delegate list before anyone else does
Confident, professional written and verbal communication; comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Able to juggle several projects at once and hold deadlines without being chased
Willing and able to travel within the UK for events, including occasional overnight stays

Desirable

Experience in healthcare, education, professional membership bodies or the pharmaceutical sector
Familiarity with email marketing platforms or learning management systems
Experience of sponsor or exhibitor management
Full UK driving licence
