Full job description

Overview

Join our established dynamic healthcare team as a Clinic Administrator, where your organizational skills and passion for patient care will drive the smooth operation of our clinic. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative functions for a variety of healthcare practitioners including MSK allied health professionals & aesthetics practitioners, coordinate patient services, and ensure an efficient, welcoming environment for both staff and patients. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive clinic experience and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
Coordinate appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups to optimize clinic flow
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance processing, and inventory management of supplies
Support communication between healthcare providers, patients, and external partners to facilitate seamless care delivery
Ensure the clinic environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety protocols

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred, but not essential
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in office software applications such as MS Office Suite or equivalent tools
Knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance procedures, or medical records management is a plus
A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Working hours:

* Monday: 13:00–18:00

* Tuesday: 09:00–18:30

* Alternate Friday: 08:00–13:00

Pay: £15.00 per hour
